Deer can be found thought the New Forest - Deer are notoriously shy creatures, but as you walk across the heaths and through woodland paths you'll often catch site of them. If you really want to see some New Forest Deer, go to Boldrewood Deer Santuarty. Every day at about 2pm, a New Forest keeper feeds the deer, quiet near to a deer viewing platform. On the platform there's a guide to all the different types of New Forest Deer present. Most commonly seen is the Fallow Deer (Dama Dama).
