New Forest Guide

The Wall Butterfly - Now relatively rare in the UK, but often seen in the New Forest Butterflies of the New Forest - Several species of bufferfly which are considered rare elsewhere in the UK can be found in the new forest.

46 of the 59 species of butterfly found in the UK exist in Hampshire, making the New Forest and surrounding area popular with butterfly enthusiasts.
