Woodgreen in the New Forest - Woodgreen is the a pretty village on the Western edge of the New Forest, near Fordingbridge.
It's between Braemore and Hale, just East of the River Avon.
Most Internet references about Woodgreen mention that in 1973 it was featured by the BBC and became known as "The Village on the Wall", thanks to the murals in Woodgreen village hall painted by two students from the London College of Art in 1931.
